About the Space

Our 6 acre ranch is close proximity to Austin, San Marcos and the famous Circuit of the Americas Formula 1 racetrack. Once a fully operational farm, we have kept many of the unique features of the farm, but with a modern desert twist. Palm trees, agave, and Mexican sage echo Baja California tucked away in the Lone Star State’s countryside. The property has been designed with a minimalist, and clean aesthetic to highlight its spaciousness. The Ranch Grounds are available for Events, Meetings and Photoshoots/ Film shoots.
