Our 21ft*15ft (315sqft) multi-functional photography / filming space is equipped with green screen, grey screen, soft box lighting, special color lighting, projector, full sound system, mixer for photography / filming / live recording / livestreaming... to help photographers, videographers, influencers, content creators, dancers, musicians, artists... get their work done easily! Rent now and enjoy all the convenience of a professional studio at an unbeatable price!
We also have a kitchen area, a 400sqft dance room also with full sound system, 2 clean washrooms, four 6-feet folding tables and 18ish folding chairs, easy parking, the whole venue is an awesome place for parties and events!

The price for booking one room for smaller things such as dance classes, filming or rehearsals is 25$ per hour.
For PARTIES and EVENTS:
These bookings are custom priced depending on what is needed, how many people, how long, dates and times etc.
(Friday and Saturday evening parties starts at 450$. Maximum 60 people)
