This 14 acre property has a 60 year old 1500 sq ft red brick house, white barn, white double garage, tractor lean to, firewood shed, and a white picket fenced garden. There are two fields, one is large and clear bordered by mature trees, the other is smaller with a pond and a large creek running along the back of it. The creek has multiple vantage points from high and low along one side of the property. There are two fire pits including one that has a view of the creek. Multiple walking and carriage trails are mixed into the property on flat surfaces, through forest, and into a ravine with a little stream. Structures: House - contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with original cabinets, lounge room, front entry, mud room, and finished attic. Barn - open floor plan in 2 sections downstairs with an unfinished attic, and large sliding doors that open towards the larger field. Garage - double with attic. There are many places to park cars, larger vehicles and production equipment. Services include Internet, access to the kitchen and bathroom, and power to the barn. Rental is available all year round. Within 10 minutes, there are several food options, and the town of Hudson NY.
