Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation.
We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made.
Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted.
All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions
All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time,
so please include that in your reservation.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times the stated hourly rate.
We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints.
We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate,
although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in.
No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls.
Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
Damages will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings.
The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke
