20ft*20ft (400 sqft) newly renovated dance room with double mirrors and white walls, mixer / full sound system, bright lighting.
Also available without additional fee: gym padding, cool disco lights, four 6-feet folding tables, 18ish folding chairs.

The price for booking one room for smaller things such as dance classes, filming or rehearsals starts 25$ per hour.
For PARTIES and EVENTS:
These bookings are custom priced depending on what is needed, how many people, how long, dates and times etc.
(Friday and Saturday evening parties starts at 450$. Maximum 60 people)

Great space! Rooms are small however we had 60 people and it ended up working out perfectly! Would recommend!

Great spot to rent. Tina was super helpful and responded very quickly. Needed to film a musician playing a song in a decently sized room and it worked great. No power issues at all, Tina offered to let us use some lights they had and also gave a discount for renting multiple hours. Would definitely come back if I need to shoot a similar project. Thanks!
