Also available without additional fee: disco lights, four 6-feet folding tables, 18ish folding chairs. Perfect for dance, yoga, Pilates, parties and events, group lessons, rehearsals, photoshoots... rent now and enjoy all the convenience of a professional studio at an unbeatable price! Add-ons: We also have a kitchen area, a 315sqft gathering room (photography room), 2 clean washrooms, easy parking, the whole venue is an awesome place for parties and events! For PARTIES and EVENTS: These bookings are custom priced depending on what is needed, how many people, how long, dates and times etc. (Friday and Saturday evening parties starts at 450$. Maximum 60 people) Must Agree to the Following Conditions: You are responsible for any damages or missing items by you or your guest. No Smoking inside our facilities. No underage drinking. No illegal activities within. No physical abuse or fighting. No dangerous behavior. Be respectful to the staff. Clean any major messes you create.
