About the Space
Location is an 18,000 sq foot restored historical Tudor mansion built in 1904-designed by famous architect Whitney Warren. Many styles of rooms, patio, expansive lawn and a lake on property. First floor and part of the second floor is available for your event, production, or meeting. Custom pricing available, please inquire to get your custom quote. First Floor Rental up to 50 guests/crew - 450/hr. First Floor Rental 51 - 100 guests/crew - 500/hr. First Floor Rental 101 - 150 guests/crew - 550/hr. First Floor Rental 151 - 200 guests/crew - 600/hr. Additional fees may apply based on setup and usage needs for your event

Hands down one of the best locations we’ve ever rented as a company. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful location about an hour outside the city with ample amount of space!

It was an amazing experience. What a special day for my fiancé and I. Our photographer was in awe of the mansion and so many beautiful pictures came out of this. I would highly recommend this space. The fire places, the wood, the lawn opening to the lake. All breathtaking. My fiancé especially loved the doors.
