Cozy and modern studio located in Northern Virginia, just 15 minutes from Dulles International Airport. The studio is perfect for photo and video projects or private meetings of up to five people in a quiet residential neighborhood. The studio has an open layout with plenty of natural light from two windows, located on the first floor of a four-floor single-family townhouse. It features a private bathroom with a changing area and is divided into four designated sections: a makeup area with a floor-to-ceiling mirror, a guest sitting area with a fireplace, The studio also has a wardrobe changing area and the sitting area can be easily rearranged to meet the client's project needs. The following items are included in the rental fee: Mounted backdrop system with three paper backdrops Two V-Flats Two C-stands Rolling stand chair for tethered shooting Additional equipment is available for rent, including: Light modifiers/umbrellas, including black and white 7-inch umbrellas Backdrop or light stands Pro photography fan Eyeliner etc.
