This house used to be a barn and stable and was built in 1865. In 1984, two architects rebuilt and refurbished the home. From 2005-2020, the home was used as a gallery and workspace for East End artists and hosted weddings, fund raisers and performances. In 2020, the home was purchased and extensively modernized and refurbished. 5000 sq. foot home with unique architectural features, huge lawn, pool, treehouse, stage and small outbuildings. The Great Room has a stunning 17 foot high ceiling, modern double sided gas fireplace below a 17 foot high stone wall, featuring exposed beams and a second floor catwalk running through connecting the bedrooms.
