The House, built in 1948, is a five-bedroom home close to Downtown Kelowna. It's a relatively low-profile 2,600 sq ft structure with three floors––a basement (now a games room and bedroom), a main floor and an upper level with a pitched roof. The main floor is the focal point of the home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living space that connects to the kitchen and backdoor. The home is surrounded by an extensive, multi-level garden with a below ground pool. Many of the home's original features have been preserved and the interiors are inspired by mid century modern homes from the same time period. Every room in the home is well-maintained and there's parking at the front of the home for up to five cars.
