We are a music / dance / photography / film studio. We offer space for rent or production service. Looking for a unique space to host parties, events, special occasions, dance classes, group lessons, recording, music production, filming, or photoshoots? Our 2000 sqft multifunctional space is perfect for any event. Whether you need a 300 sqft newly renovated two-mirror dance room with disco lighting and a full sound system or an area to project movies and presentations, we have it all. Plus, our flexible booking time and reasonable pricing make it easy to have the perfect event at an affordable price! Don't miss out — contact us and book your event today! The price for booking one room for smaller things such as dance classes or rehearsals is 20$ per hour. Professional music recording is 60$ per hour. Price for music production is custom priced. For PARTIES and EVENTS with more than 20 people: These bookings are custom priced depending on what is needed, how many people, how long, dates and times etc. Our rental includes the use of three rooms (Dance Room, Gathering Room, Kitchen), plus two bathrooms. 60 people can attend comfortably. You are welcome to use our three foldable tables, 20+ folding chairs, two couches and a loveseat, 2 mixer / speaker systems, multiple countertops, 2 small refrigerators. ** Our rental fees include general cleaning before and after your event. We assume a minimum of 3 hours to a maximum of 10 hours. Event rental fees range from $250 - $600 depending on your needs. We do have an additional room for Karaoke available for an additional fee, please let us know when booking if you wish to include this.
