One-stop for all music related needs — awesome professional recording, complete music, sound & video production, composition, mixing / mastering, lessons for all ages and space rental for rehearsals, dance, events, parties and screenings, filming / photography. Our studio has soundproof recording booths, equipped with high quality microphones, mixers, amplifiers, full sound system, speakers, all kinds of instruments... For videography, we have green screen, softbox lightings, playback monitor... The rental for booking one room for less than 20 people, such as group lessons, rehearsals, photography and filming starts 25$ per hour. For professional recording by our producer/engineer it's charged 60$ per hour. For PARTIES and EVENTS: These bookings are custom priced depending on what is needed, how many people, how long, dates and times etc. (Friday and Saturday evening parties starts at 450$. Maximum 60 people) The whole venue includes: (1) Two audio recording booths in our professional recording room. (2) a 20ft*20ft (400 sqft) dance room with double mirrors, a mixer / full sound system, gym padding available, cool disco lights. (3) a 21ft*15ft (315sqft) gathering / screening room with full sound system, projector and screen, green screen set up, lighting for photography and filming, loveseat and couch. (4) kitchen area with multiple countertops, 2 small refrigerators, sink, microwave oven. (5) two washrooms. (6) a small gym with weight training facilities and a treadmill. **Four folding tables (6 feet) and 18ish folding chairs available.** Rent now and enjoy all the convenience of a professional studio at an unbeatable price!
