Only the creative studio ( 450 sq ft ) is the matter of rental and it is suitable for workshops, yoga classes, small events, photoshoots, video shoots and more.

The rental comes with the access to the kitchenette, furniture that can be easily rearranged, lots of plants and photo backdrop.
