Will require a description of activities taking place including number of people and equipment needed. Entire upper floor/common space is available for rent. Downstairs will be used by homeowner. Strictly enforced four person maximum (additional people can be added for a fee). Pricing based on how the space is used. Available for day rental only. No 24 hour rental.
