Samir and Lala were the best hosts you can ever hope to work with. Kind and generous, they made sure our filming went great from day 1. We filmed at their gorgeous place for three straight days. The place is a beautiful, well maintained property, with LOTS of characters and colors, the opposite of the austere white walls and dark places you find in Vancouver. Production design came easy as the place already has a lot of gorgeous elements like wood panel walls, beautiful art and an overall great sense of beauty and design. One of the best locations we’ve ever filmed in, period. Super recommended!

We shot a campaign for The Latest Scoop at Simon’s beautiful place and could not recommend shooting there enough!
The Heritage Apartment is one of the most stunning locations in Vancouver and provides an atmosphere that is more reminiscent of Europe, NY or Montreal. The diversity and look of the space makes it a stand out amongst other available locations in Vancouver.
Simon was attentive but not overbearing and helped facilitate a successful shoot day! I would rent this space again in a heartbeat for other projects!
