Our newly renovated galleries are located in the heart of downtown, surrounding the beautiful city of Toronto. These sleek, up to 3,000 square feet spaces, are versatile, blank canvas for your perfect event. With their minimalistic architecture, 13 foot ceilings, spacious open layout and crisp white walls, our galleries are sensational venues to host your most important large or small scale events. The galleries house a selection of spectacular contemporary abstract artworks of Peter Triantos to liven up the space in a vibrant, chic environment. The galleries are perfect for hosting art exhibitions, receptions, pop up shops, photo and film shoots, workshops, classes, book launching, media receptions, cocktail receptions, charity events, social and corporate events. Impress your special guests with the endless possibilities awaiting our galleries, ready for any type of imaginative transformation. Our space is best suited for around 50-80 people (max. 120 people). We ask the host organization to acquire event liability insurance and Special Occasion Permit for alcohol serving (not required for a private event). Since our space is located in a residential area, we could only accept an event that plays any music at a moderate volume. PRICING: - Events up to 3hrs (including set-up and tear down time): $1000 - Events exceeding 3hrs (until 11pm latest): $1500.

Contracts of the space will require a minimum length of rental in the space of 5 hours. Holds will be finalized upon signing of the venue schedule, intend use of the space, contract and payment of the deposit. Artworks can be removed prior to the event. Removal of artworks must be confirmed prior to the event. CONDITIONS After the completion of the event, the renter shall leave the space in the same or similar condition as received. Belongings from the event will must be taken. Any left behind materials will be disregarded and the cleaning fee will be applied. ALCOHOL A Special Occasion Permit must be obtained by the user and adhere to regulations of AGCO. DAMAGE The user will be responsible for any damage to the gallery or artwork within the building caused as a result of the event. It is advisable that the user obtain own insurance. T he gallery is not responsible for any incidents (ie) water leakage, blackouts, injuries and so forth. The gallery solely provides the user with the space. RIGHT OF ENTRY The gallery shall have the right to enter the space at any time for any reasonable purpose, including any emergency. PHOTOGRAPHY The gallery is granted the right of photograph your event for publicity purposes. REVOCATION The gallery reserves right to revoke the license at any time prior to the event date, provided it gives the renter a prior written notice of reasons other than non-payment of fees or breach of the agreement by the user, the full amount paid will be refunded including the deposit.
