About the Space

STUDIO BON SOLEIL THIS LOCATION WILL BE CLOSING THE LAST WEEK OF APRIL. BOOK WHILE YOU CAN. Located in the west end of Toronto, this super sunny studio space is over 900 square feet. The front room has 15 ft ceilings, huge windows with East, North and West exposures. The Vault is soundproofed with two east facing windows. Tons of natural light Brilliant sunrises and magical sunsets Sound proofed vault room with an original bank door Washroom Heintzman piano Authentic clawfoot tub. Library Queen size sleigh bed AC Wifi Coffee, tea Fridge The loft is undated throughout the year. The vibe remains the same, however we cannot guarantee the exact design/furniture on the day of your booking. If you require something specific from the photos check with us prior to your booking. The red velvet drapes are up Oct.-Feb unless request made prior to booking. Christmas Tree up Nov-Jan and is on wheels so can be moved in and out of shots. For bookings over 6 people the breakdown is as follows. 6-8 95/hr 9-12 110/hr 13-16 130/hr 16-20. 150/hr For bookings over 20 people please contact for pricing
