Our team really enjoyed using this space for a Financial Literacy Workshop dedicated to youth. It was bright and airy. Our team mentioned that it would be perfect to host our smaller programs as we had about 30 individuals in the room and mentioned it would be a perfect space for 15 without feeling too crowded. With that being said, they said it was stunning and Loveleen was SO helpful from beginning right to the very end. We appreciate your hospitality and willingness to accommodate! Thank you!

We rented the space for a birthday party - and the host was super easy to work with, and was vey attentive on the day. Our only negative was that the hallway/bathroom was under construction when we arrived - and we were not notified- even after several exchanges leading up to the party. Once there though - the host did his best to cut down on the construction visibility. That being said- the house was great, the view and outside space was amazing, parking was easy for our 25 guests, and the kitchen was great. We would absolutely rent this space again.

The room was beautiful and I was able to use the studio's mats and bolsters for my meditation and wellness session which was a bonus for my guest. All my guest had to do is just show up. The communication between myself and the studio was seamless and everyone at the studio was so so kind, warm and helpful.

Tips on How to Organize Meditation Spaces in Toronto

Are you seeking a tranquil and calming space to meditate in Toronto? Although it can be difficult to find an area of peace amidst the bustling crowds, with some creativity and thoughtfulness, it is possible. Here are some ways that you can construct your own serene oasis right in the core of Toronto:

  • Choose the right location: Pick a place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Find a park or nature reserve if you're looking to center yourself and clear your mind. If that's not an option, try to meditate in the quietest space in your home.

  • Make sure your space is comfortable and relaxing: Choose cushions or chairs that you can sit on comfortably for extended periods, and decorate your room with calming colors and soothing textures.

  • Create an altar or sacred space: This can be as simple as a table with candles and some meaningful objects or as elaborate as an entire shrine dedicated to your favorite deity or spiritual guide.

  • Set some ground rules: If you're meditating with others, agree on things like how long you'll meditate, what kind of silence will be observed, and whether people can move around during the session.

  • Let go of expectations: The goal of meditation is to simply be present at the moment without thinking about the past or future. If your mind wanders, observe your thoughts and then return your focus to your breath.
