About the Space
This is an open studio with sprung floors, full length mirrors, 2 separate stereo systems (CD and auxiliary cable connections), and a private lobby area. We have 2 washrooms in the basement, as well as changeroom facilities. There is a mini fridge and microwave available in the basement. Folding chairs and a keyboard also available as add ons. In order to protect the dance floor, street shoes are not permitted in the dance studio. All food and drinks must be kept in the lobby or downstairs in the basement. Only water bottles are permitted on the dance floor.

Linette is a superstar! The booking itself was effortless.We eventually ended up not using the venue as we had an unforseen circumstances from our end. However Linette was a star. Through the difficulty we were facing she was flexible, willing to extend the booking to another date while we resolved the situation at hand. She checked on us often to ensure we were OK which was outside of the booking and was flexible when we had to change the date yet again. It is absolutely refreshing to know that people still have heart and compassion in the world that we live in and have the capacity to slow down to ensure others are OK. It was not about the money. I would recommend this place 100000000% because the host is out of this world!

The owner was amazing. She was very helpful in setting up for my rental. The space is located at a very convenient spot. Also it was very well kept and clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental space in the East End.
