Greenwood Showroom Studio
My 305sq foot studio space is a beautiful place to have your next pop-up design/art/social event—you name it! Facing northwest, with its floor-to-ceiling windows letting in lots of natural light makes it a beautiful spot to feature your product, have a meeting and talk about innovation! I have a beautiful sleek black French leather couch that sits 3-4 people, two metal high stools, one chair and lots of open mingling space for more people. I’d say max capacity (if your were doing something more social) would be 25 people

Historic Storybook Tudor with Modern Interiors
Light-filled 1929 historic home that has been newly renovated with warm, contemporary designer finishes in the pretty Magnolia neighborhood. Big views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
The home is 4550 square feet with an open first floor, featuring an expansive living room with fireplace, and dining room with cove ceilings and brass fixtures. A family room off the dining room is a casual place for lounging with vintage leather sling chairs, a built-in window seat and big-screen TV, which can be closed off with glass panel doors. The new, high-end spacious kitchen has gray-blue cabinets, Thermador appliances, integrated dishwasher and refrigerator, white Pental quartz countertops, and an oversized ceramic sink. The eat-in breakfast nook has a bright bay window, bringing in plenty of natural light.
The second floor features a large master bedroom and master bathroom, plus three other bedrooms, and another full bath, plus a laundry area.
The basement is off-limits to guests.
The 7800 sq ft. landscaped corner lot features two herringbone brick patios. One is a curved patio with a gas firepit overlooking Puget Sound, one is a square patio that fits a full-sized 8-person dining table.
The house is on the Magnolia Bluff, blocks from Magnolia Boulevard, overlooking Puget Sound. It's a quiet residential neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown, known for stately historic homes with manicured lawns and pristine gardens. In this pocket of Magnolia, power lines are underground, so no views are obstructed. The house is 0.5 miles from Starbucks, and other restaurants and boutiques in Magnolia village.
