Tiki Themed Waterfront House Boat
Outdoor tiki-themed event space on the upper deck of a houseboat, contains a hand-crafted tiki bar you can use, and other paraphernalia. Includes a stunning view of Lake Union and Seattle, from Ivar's, past Gas Works to the Space Needle. Can be used for small gatherings up to 15, business meetings, photoshoots or weddings.

Once a 1930s mom-and-pop grocery store and later a costume rental shop, this mixed use building in Greenwood is getting a new life as a flexible creative space available for hourly rentals.
The 500sf studio space features original fir hardwood floors, exposed brick, and great natural light make this an incredibly unique and flexible space. From yoga classes to photo shoots, artist rehearsals to small workshops, we look forward to welcoming you to our space.

Luxurious large view home in a private setting just minutes from downtown Seattle on the top of Queen Ann Hill. To the left of the dramatic two story entry is a large living room with gas fireplace and large video screen; to the right is the dining room that seats up to 10 for meals or meetings. French doors connect the dining room with a private outdoor patio and additional seating. The granite and stainless kitchen has a gas appliances and an adjoining outdoor gas grill. Also on the main floor are the guest bedroom, ultra modern bath, library/den with additional seating, and a western view covered lanai. Upstairs is the enormous master suite and office which is open to the entry below.
Access to the entry is via a paved lighted incline path/ramp without stairs.
Historic Storybook Tudor with Modern Interiors
Light-filled 1929 historic home that has been newly renovated with warm, contemporary designer finishes in the pretty Magnolia neighborhood. Big views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
The home is 4550 square feet with an open first floor, featuring an expansive living room with fireplace, and dining room with cove ceilings and brass fixtures. A family room off the dining room is a casual place for lounging with vintage leather sling chairs, a built-in window seat and big-screen TV, which can be closed off with glass panel doors. The new, high-end spacious kitchen has gray-blue cabinets, Thermador appliances, integrated dishwasher and refrigerator, white Pental quartz countertops, and an oversized ceramic sink.
