The guest suite is located in the lower level of our home, is ~900 square feet, and we look forward to sharing it with you. Make your visions come to life using this space for a: - Photo shoot - Video shoot - Social Media Content Creation - Kitchen Demo - Filmed Interview - Magazine shoot - Marketing shoot - Interior shoot - Model shoot - Product shoot We are happy to offer a complimentary 15 minute scout of the space at a mutually agreed upon time. BEDROOM: With a moody deep blue for a wall color and decorative accents, the bedroom makes you feel like you are in the mountains. King size bed. Floor length mirror. East facing window. Can lighting in the ceiling with two bedside lamps. TV mounted on the wall opposite of the bed headboard (not pictured in photos). BATHROOM: With a floor to ceiling glass door, the generous walk-in shower is the highlight of the bathroom. No windows in the bathroom. KITCHEN: Largely white with grey lower cabinets, tile back splash, gas stove top, and stocked with basic kitchen essentials. White dishware for up to 8 place settings. The perfect neutral backdrop for marketing kitchen products. North facing window. LIVING ROOM: Furnished with an over-sized sectional and a 55" TV. Glass top coffee and end tables. West Facing window. Can lighting in the ceiling and accent lamp. DINING AREA: Wood table with 4 black chairs. The photo collage on the wall behind the table embraces a Pacific Northwest Theme. PATIO: An uncovered private patio space with seating for 4 is located just outside the entry at the back of the house (West facing). PARKING: Street parking is FREE. There is off street parking off the alley at the back of the house suitable for a sprinter van or large box truck. Please feel free to use. The driveway is not available for use. ADDITIONAL INFO: This listing is in the lower level of our primary home with a separate entrance and no shared spaces. While there has been a sound barrier added, some noise (footfalls/muffled voices) from the upstairs can be heard at times. I (Martha - your host) work from home and am available for any on-site questions during your production.
