Fremont Abbey is our main venue at 43rd & Fremont Avenue North in Seattle. The 1914 building was reopened in 2008 after undergoing major renovations including seismic, design, environment & visual improvements.
Now a beautiful & welcoming multi-use venue with a warm vintage style, the Abbey welcomes up to 250 people for events of many varieties including nonprofit galas, private weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, workshops, classes and more.

We're a 1915 Olmsted-designed historic garden located just north of downtown Seattle. Our 7.5 acres of luscious Northwest native plants, meandering paths, and a peek-a-boo view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains never cease to amaze guests. This is truly the most beautiful garden in Seattle!

This historic space features A/V with simple hook up to 70" screen gorgeous finishes, exposed brick, marble bar-tops and two separate floors each with their own bar. The space also includes a full kitchen for the caterer of your choice. All out of house catering/bartending.

Preserving the origins of a working foundry, the main atrium has a 20-foot oak ceiling with exposed steel beams, a sky-lit cement wall, surrounding mezzanine walkway & Juliet balcony, oversized industrial doors, and rich hardwood flooring. A sliding wood door opens up the atrium room to a naturally lit studio. Other features include a catering warming kitchen and state of the art sound system.

Our Penthouse is great for casting sessions, fashion shows, branding promotion, pop-ups, photography shoots, and film/television shoots.
The main space is 1358 square feet with an additional mezzanine space of 494 square feet. The penthouse is encompassed by glass doors for views from each side. It includes a loft space and a wood-carved ceiling totem. This room is just right for accent photography, dressing and makeup stations, or a green room area for a swanky relaxation station.

My Studio is a cultural incubator & creative space located in the heart of West Seattle’s Alaska Junction. It features a multifunctional rentable 1500 square feet space that can be utilized for creative productions, pop-ups, training events, yoga/fitness/dance, meetups & much more.
The space can fit 60 people for seating arrangement with tables and chairs and 85 for standing.
