This tranquil residence nestled off Mulholland Drive in a private cul de sac ensures serenity behind the gates. The house provide a large grassy backyard area with breathtaking Panoramic City Views, gorgeous Sunset Time, dimmable string lights, outdoor sofas, table with umbrella and set of chairs. Outdoor BBQ and fridge are available. 2 Patio heaters come with the house plus 2 folding tables of 6ft and 8ft. The living area provide 12ft high ceilings, ample space to host your next event with a 7 pieces L shape sofa, a pool table to play with your friends, a long farm table with chairs, a bench, a fireplace, plus a 75 inches Smart Google TV compatible with Airplay. You can then broadcast any of your favourite videos or listen to your Spotify playlist. The folding patio doors opens up completely to create a free flowing vibe between the living room and the large backyard. Kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ovens/microwave, stove, fridge and freezer. The pool area provides long chairs, a bar and a grass area with Toss Boards to play with your friends. An on-site manager will be present during the entire time of the event to assist. The house must be fully vacated by the end time of your booking. The bedroom access is not automatically granted for your event. We will provide 2 bathrooms and room access will be on-demand. Security deposit and insurance are required for this property. RATES ARE FOR DAY TIME DURING WEEK DAYS. PLEASE CONSULT FOR ANY OTHER TIME.
