    William is a nice guy and his land was easy to scout and basecamp on. We did run into issues with permitting and had to do an ecological/biological survey for nesting birds and Joshua Trees, but that's no fault of the owner.

    William was very easy to work with and his property was great to shoot on. Would definitely shoot here again if the right opportunity comes!

    Location was great but the photos are not current - you should definitely go see it first. Lots more vegetation and more houses, fences, etc visible in the distance. Owner was easy to work with!
