Large, rural, downscale backyard just as depicted. Trees, other 'structures' as depicted. Some old cars. Water available. Limited electricity. Campers/trailer are in very rough condition. One entrance gate is 18 feet wide, other gate is 12 wide. Renters are welcome to dress the property to their needs. Porta-potty can be provided for an additional fee.

Tone was absolutely incredible to work with. She was kind, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The location itself was amazing-the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a movie scene. The space has a unique atmosphere and photographs beautifully on camera. We truly enjoyed filming there and would happily book this location again. Highly recommended!

Tone was awesome! Very accommodating to our project. When an unexpected rain rolled in, she cut us some slack. Even found us some extras when many of ours canceled. The location looked great. Food and gas were nearby. I would definitely book here again!
