Ed is every bit as kind and easy to work with as advertised! He was so accommodating to our crew's shooting needs and was enthusiastic about the wonderful features of his unique space. We were only able to get through our very ambitious shoot schedule because of how communicative, friendly, and helpful he was. Additionally, we were treated to the most stunning sunset we have ever experienced, which made for magic hour shots that alone are worth a million bucks. We will absolutely be back for future shoots! This house was absolutely amazing. I shot my first short film here and couldn't of asked for a better location. The host was very nice and helpful. He stayed on the property throughout the day but was never in our way and was very respectful of our time and our crew! He was always around in case we had any questions about anything. He was extremely accommodating with our needs as far as set up and let us wallpaper the rooms, move furniture, etc. and keep it there overnight until the next shoot day. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent out a house for a film, shoot, etc. Very versatile and a great landscape around it as well. Lots of open dirt roads and cool random locations. So thankful for this experience!
