Ann was so responsive and kind! She was extremely helpful, and the studio space is absolutely stunning. They were so accommodating, and made our shoot day absolutely perfect for us and our clients. It had a speaker, a place for hair and make up to happen, a very comfortable sofa lounge area, and more. The studio was extremely well kept, clean, and I can't wait to book in again with them. Thank you for everything!

About Lancaster

Lancaster is in north-central Los Angeles County at the western edge of the Mojave Desert. Lancaster became a city under its charter in 1977 when the population was 37,000. Today, according to the 2020 census, Lancaster’s population peaks at over 173,500. Lancaster is in the region to the north of the San Gabriel Mountains separating it from the Los Angeles Basin.

The railroad came through Lancaster in 1876 when the first station house was built for the section gang workers. The city’s grid and settlement were the workings of land speculators who purchased large tracts from the railroad. However, the railroad was not the impetus for the growth of Lancaster.

Distribution and manufacturing are the main economic drivers of Lancaster. NASA, Lockheed, and Boeing remain active in this region in the development and research of military vehicles and planes.

This technology for renewable energy was brought to the citizen level. Now, Lancaster requires all new residential construction to incorporate solar panels, and all government-owned facilities and buildings depend upon solar energy for power.

It is the goal of the city leadership to become the first net-zero city in the US. Lancaster has reached the status in California as the most energy efficient in its production of renewable energy per capita.

Event Space Options in Lancaster

You will not have any trouble finding an event space in Lancaster. The difficulty will come when trying to choose from so many. From parks and open spaces for outdoor events to cozy cottages or mansions for indoor parties, you can find it all here.

  • Planner
A professional event planner needs flexibility in its services package to offer customized packages to clients wanting no part of the planning or to those needing guidance on a few items. The planners need to be prepared for both indoor and outdoor events for any occasion. To remain competitive, planners need partnerships with other service providers for food service, furnishings, and invitation management.

  • Videographer
A videographer for a planned event can serve two purposes: filming the event for subsequent promotional use, the filming of an interview, or a scripted production for presentation during the event. The studio must be able to perform post-production services for the final product. These video presentations need to support the purpose and the message of the event.

  • Web Design
If your event will utilize a website for promotion, invitation management, and branding, then it will be important to secure the web designer when the videographer is under contract. It will prove beneficial and cost-effective if these service providers are part of the same conversations with the client to coordinate efforts.

Event Space Companies in Lancaster

To make sure everything gets done on time and perfectly, it is best to hire some experienced event companies to help. For example, an event planner can do just about all of it, or you can hire a caterer, decorator, and furniture rental to help with the details for your Lancaster event space.

The service packages will be customized to the client’s involvement and budget.

  • Lighthouse Studios
Lighthouse Studios has been in business for over ten years, and it is the first studio of its kind in the Valley. The studios provide video and portrait photography, full-service production, and studio rental. The client base of Lighthouse Studios includes corporate and private accounts, school districts, rodeo franchises, and various small businesses.

  • Avweb Designs
Avweb Designs has been in business for over 27 years serving this region. The service of this media development company begins with goal setting during the early planning stage before the design and development. An important measure once the website becomes populated and live is the marketing of the event and the measurement of the public’s reaction and connection to the message. No event will be successful if it is not properly communicated and measured.
