Abandoned Desert Ranch: Airstream, Shacks and Van

Originally built in 1947, our ranch is a large old equestrian desert property currently being loved and revived by its owners. Nestled into the foot hills of the San Gabriel mountains, beautiful views face north to the Tehachapi Mountains and east to the Arthur Ripley Joshua Tree preserve. Our 20 acre property is an easy 1 hour and 15 minutes from Hollywood. We have five primary structures - dilapidated farm house, steel beam barn, two corrugated metal sheds and rickety cabin bunk house with more to explore. There are plenty of long dirt roads (close to paved roads) around our place with no traffic. Wildflowers and vegetation varies depending on the time of year, but we have plenty of classic old-west style pine and juniper trees for an iconic cowboy-wild-country vibe against the gold of the fields. Our 2020 Airstream Bambi is available for shooting or works well for a break from the heat with AC for hair and makeup. There's water and 50 amp power for your RV hookups. We have driveways around the ranch ensuring easy ins and outs for large rigs. We're also a great basecamp to shoot in the area.
