10-acre flat desertscape featuring mountains and amazing rock formations in the background. 600 ft single lane dirt road passes through north part of the property. There are Joshua trees. Lots of parking space. Price listed is for up to 25 people. We require a site rep with every production. Security deposit is required. Port a potties can be rented from Andy Gump - Santa Clarita. No utilities in the location. Insurance: Maintain general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and in the aggregate for property damage and bodily injury, naming me as Additional Insured. All Certificates must also include Third Party Property Damage and/or Loss Payee. A Certificate of Insurance showing all coverage and the Named and Additional Insureds must be provided to me prior to entry onto the Location. Any deductible and all premiums must be paid by the Producer.
