Remote location. Lots of parking on site. Film location is located 75 minutes from Los Angeles in Lancaster, CA. Internal tracks/roads for action scenes: no public vehicle permits are required for automobiles. Accessible hotels, service stations, restaurants, and support 30 minutes out. No facilities on site, only a pit toilet. Available for overnight and multi-day bookings. Pictures illustrate dressed set. Suprisingly good cell service! Neighboring plot is not part of this rental.     Joey's Sci-Fi desert scene and structures were perfect for our shoot! We needed to find a space that resembled a movie set and this place fit the bill for a Star Wars like environment. The structures had a few sci-fi props that we were able to use and the space was private to capture the best photographs. The space was also very easy to find, after being on a dirt road for just a short period of time. Joey was great to work with and helped us book this spot in less than 24 hours. Great location! Definitely recommend!

    Love this site. Host is very flexible. Several possible spots for shooting spaced far enough apart to feel like different worlds. Only downside is the wind, which can be a bit much

    Great location for a music video shoot! The desert location is super beautiful and there are a couple of buildings that provide shade from the sun. The booking was super easy and we didn't encounter any problems! Overall, great place to shoot, definitely recommend.

    This place was great for having our Camouflaged Photoshoot. Looking to come back to do a Mad Max Theme Shoot. If you need to do something with Electricity make sure you bring something for that. This Location don't have any

    This location is beautiful! It is exactly what we had in mind for our short film. Joey was amazing to work with. Fast communication, incredibly accommodating and understanding. The land space is perfectly isolated, peaceful, with the most wonderful views! Easy drive from L.A., and secluded enough to feel that you are in the middle of nowhere without having to drive far. This is a true gem! Highly recommend it!
