Please WATCH a video of the property: https://youtu.be/S9bNRQa6SGo Located approximately 75 minutes from Los Angeles in Lancaster, CA, this private 5+ acre desert film location features Joshua trees, native desert vegetation, open fields, natural rock formations, dirt roads and expansive high-desert views. Ideal for films, TV, commercials, branded content, music videos, photography and automotive productions. PRICING: Micro crews (1–5) are $75/hour with a 4-hour minimum; small crews (6–10) are $100/hour with a 4-hour minimum; medium crews (11–19) are $150/hour with a 5-hour minimum; large crews (20–30) are $2,000/day for up to 10 hours; extra-large crews (31–50) are $3,000/day for up to 10 hours; major productions (51–75) are $4,000/day for up to 10 hours; and productions of 76+ start at $5,000/day and require a custom quote. Overtime is billed at 1.5x the equivalent hourly rate. Commercial, branded, automotive, agency, network and other large-scale productions may be subject to commercial pricing and custom rates based on production scope. CREW SIZE: Rates are based on the total number of people on the property, including cast, crew, clients, agency representatives and vendors. Please select the correct production size when booking. A site representative will be present, and headcount may be verified. If your production exceeds the selected range, your booking rate will be adjusted through Giggster. LOCATION: The property can accommodate contemporary, western, period, automotive, post-apocalyptic and sci-fi looks. Internal dirt roads provide opportunities for automotive and action shots. Driving sequences, stunts, special effects, fire or activities that may impact the property must be disclosed and approved in advance and may require additional fees and/or insurance. PRODUCTION SUPPORT: Through Eazy Rider Productions, additional equipment may be available including talent trailers, bathroom trailers, honeywagons, production trailers, makeup/wardrobe trailers, generators, cube trucks, stake beds, shuttle vans, fuelers, car haulers and Gators. All support equipment is subject to availability and priced separately. PAST CLIENTS & PRODUCTIONS INCLUDE: Ty Dolla $ign, Todrick Hall, Freddie Gibbs, Damian Lillard, West Coast Customs, Rico Nasty, Bleu, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, Tanerélle, Playboy, SKIMS, Amazon, Jessie Reyez, Doja Cat, DJI Ronin, Tommie Lee, Rezvani, DJ Esco, SHEIN and GMC Hummer EV. IMPORTANT: Rental time includes load-in, setup, filming, breakdown and load-out. Productions must be completely off the property by the end of the reserved time to avoid overtime charges. Additional fees may apply for excessive trash, cleanup, specialty activities, overtime or increased impact on the property. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required depending on production scope. The entire property is available for production use within the boundaries and restrictions established for your booking

Richard is awesome! He's super accommodating and quick to respond. Reserving the location was simple and we even got to meet with him and check the space out ahead of time. This was my first on location project and Richard was understanding, patient and extremely helpful. The space itself was gorgeous; amazing rock formations and fantastic plant life.
