About the Space
We are renting out the back of our horse property which includes numerous exterior stalls (covered), sheds, a turn-out, a large riding paddock, and a few outdoor stalls. No animals are on the property (except our dogs). Main house is not for rent at this time (it has a small kitchen and bathroom with original 50's tile so can be discussed). Main house has a backyard with grass, a pool and a covered back patio, but next to a street so you may hear traffic. There is an added fee foruse of the pool, fee to be discusssed. Front of house has sort of a circular driveway. The stalls are located in the back of the property, away from the main road. Due to outdated septic system, we can not provide bathrooms. There are several businesses and gas stations in the area. 2 blocks away from 14 freeway. We will work with most budgets.
