About the Space

Newer construction in Valley Glen offering beautiful contemporary design in a central location. Green Modern Kitchen with Large Marble Island. Great space for cooking show or commercials. Booking includes our dining room, living room, as well as a half bath. All spaces shown in photos. For an additional fee, larger shoots with more equipment can add on our two-car garage for storing/staging.

    Matthew and Bree were exceptional hosts! Warm, personable, and genuinely kind, they made me feel right at home. Their beautiful house was the perfect setting for my thesis shoot, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. I'm incredibly grateful for their kindness and support. I would absolutely rent from them again — the quality of their home and their hospitality exceeded all expectations.
