About the Space

We are a creative space that supports any and all visions you have for your project. This is a space that pushes the line of innovation and content creation to aid in the development of high quality video or photo productions. We desire to be the face of diversity, versatility and interaction amongst set design. The space you are renting, is extremely spacious with a bathroom and a common area. Refer to the “ ADD ONs “ area to see what we have. Below is a list of everything included in the space. Please read through all the details of the rental space below before booking. WHATS INCLUDED: - An endless array of complimentary Props to use at your disposal - More than 10 Customized Sets (Modern, Eccentric, Rustic, and Playful) You'll have the ability to film more and worry less about set adjustments - Bluetooth Sound System - Make up room SOUND : Due to COVID-19 Rules and Regulations, please make sure to wear a mask at all times, BOOKING TIME We are more than understanding that sometimes you may arrive late, which is why we implement a 2 hour minimum, so if you are late you still have an adequate amount of time to execute your shoot. Always keep in mind you're prep time and wrap up time is included within the time frame of your booking. Past that time, overtime is available, if there isn't a direct booking after yours. The booking of our space is for your use and your use only, You are not to book and re-charge attendees extra fees upon booking. If such rule is broke. You will be reported and charged extra fees. If there is no other booking right after yours, you are more than welcome to extend your time. However, if there is a booking directly after yours, you will have to finished within your original booking time. If you are still filming or wrapping up, come the end of your booking time you will be charged $60/hourly rate of overtime( even if you go over by 1 minute) Please make sure you are completely wrapped by the end of your booking time. DAMAGES : If any of the sets are damaged during your shoot, you will be charged an extra fee, this fee will be determine based on damages made. If you need any assistance there will always be a staff personnel on site at all times.
