About the Space
Awesome house for filming with creative rooms. Where else are you going to find a floatation tank? Or a sauna or indoor gym! Multiple Rooms and Outdoor areas - bedrooms, green screen room, gym, sauna, sensory deprivation floatation tank, ice bath, swimming pool, recording studio, scary attic, secret garden. Furniture can be moved but must be put back. Discounts may be available just message me! Some rooms may be turned into whatever set you need. I.E Doctors office. I have lots of medical props. House also comes with Dana Dolly, Zhiyun Crane and a Canon Cinema Prime Lens kit, 6 panel lights, multiple diffusions and gels, 2 50 ft stingers, I'm also a filmmaker so can also assist in anyway if needed. Booties must be used (I provide them) as I want the carpet to stay clean thanks! Pet friendly

Spencer’s place was absolutely AMAZING. It’s only 5 minutes from the airport, which made it incredibly convenient after a long 3-day expo. We rented the space to decompress for a couple of hours, and it was exactly what we needed. The sauna and pool are next level — clean, relaxing, and such a vibe. You can really feel the care that’s been put into the space. Spencer even provided coffee, water, and chips, which was such a thoughtful touch after a full weekend of work. The energy of both the host and the home is warm, welcoming, and grounding. You can tell this is a space that’s held intentionally. Highly recommend renting this place if you need to reset, recharge, or host something special. And as a side note, if you’re Filipino or Indigenous, you’ll especially appreciate the powerful Indigenous plants in the backyard. There’s something very special about that space. We will definitely be back.

Dope space, perfect for a party or music video. Spencer had plenty of stuff like lights and foggers for effects too
