Looking for a home to have events, parties or to film? Large home in the San Fernando Valley. Located in Woodland Hills just minutes away from Calabasas. The home is currently vacant and empty. Can be staged for anything you can possibly imagine. There's no furniture in the property. The backyard needs a lot of work but is clean. There's an empty pool and jacuzzi with a gate around it. The BBQ grill is still working and connected to the gas line. There's a bar in the house as well. Great house for parties or filming.
