About the Space
7000+ sqr ft house, built in 1913. Movies,TV shows, commercials, music videos and photoshoots have happily shot here previously. First floor: formal living & dining rooms with French doors opening to large wrap-around outdoor porch. Huge foyer with sweeping staircase and landing. Library with fireplace, family room, breakfast room, butler pantry, large kitchen, mud room. Second Floor: 6 bedrooms, enclosed sunporch, garden balcony, large landing area at top of stairs, 4 bathrooms. Outdoors: large front yard area, enclosed side yard, flagstone patio with fountain in back. Driveway and ample free street parking. Quiet street with little traffic, neighborhood is amenable to filming.

We filmed for two day's at Westchester Mansion and didn't even get through the whole house! So many beautiful and well kept rooms and spaces. Jon was a fantastic host! We would love to come back and film in some of the other spaces his beautiful home has to offer. As one of our first shoots back from the covid hiauts, it felt great to get back in the saddle at such a wonderful home.

The owners of the house were wonderful to work with. They were flexible with our requests and the overall the house was a great filming location. Good amount of space for crew and talent holding and a variety of shooting locations within the property. The house itself was very unique!
