This spacious, open-concept building offers 14-foot clear ceilings with no columns or posts, providing endless possibilities for creative setups. The large roll-up door allows for easy access for equipment and set design. Situated on a private, gated 6,500 sq. ft. lot, the property features three to four large front parking spaces. The minimum daily rate displayed applies to non-commercial still shoots with a crew/talent size of 15 or fewer, for a 10-hour day.
