A 750 sq/ft. hardwood floor creator space located in Los Angeles, Co-vintage styling, large natural openness and lighting making it ideal for that diffused golden-hour natural light. There is plenty of equipment for all your curated and creative needs - Jungle Oasis serves as a well spaced production studio, private video podcast studio, intimate event space or co-working space. Take advantage of our full kitchen if catering is involved and obtains access to our rooftop with absolutely stunning city skyline views, vintage theater room, fitness center, tropical outdoor pool and luxury entertainment space including fireplace, gazebos and grills. Arrange and rearrange however you want. JUNGLE OASIS is ideal for portraiture, fashion & editorial shoots along with podcasting & commercial film shoots. Our prices are discounted based on the number of hours you book - so the hourly rate lowers as the number of hours you book increases! PLEASE be sure book for the correct amount of people in your production for insurance purposes. PLEASE, NO shoes in the space at all times. Shoes should be taken off upon arrival or we provide booties to wear upon request. Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee. PLEASE do not leave equipment in the hallways - blocking these areas is not fair to other people in the building & is also considered a fire hazard. No clogging of elevators/ common areas.
