I am a owner of a lighting rental house, i can have the lighting equipment already loaded in the apartment. Great space for photo shoots, and small video team. West oriented, sun come through the apartment from 2pm to 7pm according to the season, warm feel, with fine furniture from around the world, inspirations are mainly boho, mexican and mid century modern. A few pieces are vintage, please be mindfull of it, all plants and tree are real, art pieces above the bed and couch are unique custom made. All windows have a sheer option that cast cute patterns, also if useful if needed to diffuse lighting. The balcony has a view on a court, with plenty of trees, it has a beautiful depth. Main shooting space is living room and bedroom, but a few option in kitchen and bathroom as well Special thing about the space, there is a 3ftx4ft mirror above the bed. The kichten includes a wide variety of fine cookware and silverware, huge bar available for display as well as rare coktail glasses. All lights are on remote, and dimmable.
