Located on ground floor, this spacious loft features high (21') ceilings, exposed brick, , full kitchen, tables, platforms, cool lamps, Concrete floors, lots of natural light, and access to a bathroom, kitchen & storage. Ideal for: Photo shoots , Art projects, Look Books photo & Video shoots, Castings, Campaigns Ads, or Showroom Space for sales appointments and/or creative office. We have many stylized furniture pieces & props available such as: antique sofas, stools, chairs, tables, benches, full length mirror,NEW vanity mirror for makeup, platform sofas, props, lamps, and more. These items may be moved or removed for your booking. Location: 5 minutes from Little Tokyo , Urth Caffe, Factory Kitchen Restaurant, Officine Brera Restaurant, and more. PLEASE NOTE: PRICE will vary depending on number of hours, number of guests and type of project. $75 x hours is intended for 2 to 3 people photoshoot and that's the minimum. Up to 10-15 people will be $85-$90 All depends by the size and type of production.
