Absolutely loved this loft! It had great natural lighting as well as functional lights. It was extremely clean, there is a cafe in the building, and the owners offer shoe coverings which was super convenient. They were very easy to work with and talk to. I will definitely suggest this space to others and use it again!
This space is a luxury modern fully decorated loft. We are located in the heart of Downtown LA, same building as The Last Bookstore. This loft features a 650 sq ft single-story floor plan, with one full side of windows. The loft also features a fireplace ,unique furniture and one-of-a-kind wallpapers.
There are WiFi, A/C inside the loft, as well as parking lots next to the building.

Debbie was very communicative throughout the whole process. The space was also beautiful - plenty of creative inspiration (and kept very clean). The only two challenges were the parking in Downtown (the paid lot fills up quickly) and brining all of our materials in an elevator up to the 9th floor. However, I would recommend booking this space!
