Welcome to our production and event friendly house! This single-story suburban home offers a spacious backyard with a patio area, private pool, and jacuzzi that provide the perfect setting for filming scenes of outdoor relaxation and recreation. The house is also well-equipped with modern amenities and versatile spaces for filming different types of scenes.
The house features three well-furnished bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an attached bathroom, mirrored closet and a walk-in closet. Another bedroom comes with a walk-in closet that doubles as a laundry room with a washer and dryer, providing a convenient setup for your production crew.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a stove and fridge, and has an island that can seat up to five people, making it an ideal spot for shooting cooking and dining scenes. The separate dining room area can seat up to nine people, providing ample space for larger groups.
The living room is a comfortable space with three couches, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for filming scenes of relaxation or entertainment. The house also features one and a half bathrooms, a garage for storing equipment, and a driveway that can accommodate two vehicles. the property location has lots of parking available ant nearby houses.
In terms of lighting, the house has a chandalier and many windows that allow plenty of natural light to filter in. The light fixtures can also be adjusted to create different moods and effects for filming. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, which reduces the risk of background noise during filming. Additionally, the walls are soundproofed, which minimizes the risk of external noise disrupting filming.
The house has reliable Wi-Fi that can support your crew's needs for online research, file transfers, or video conferencing. There are also built-in tech features in the house, such as smart home devices, that could enhance your filming capabilities.
