Beautiful Bright Hollywood Hills studio - you can't get more sunlight than this (all day, amazing sunsets and sunrises too). Incredible view of LA by day and at night (Capitol records, DTLA. Historic building (Del Manor), Cafe 101 nearby, street parking (no limit and no meter, just avoid Street sweeping), very stunning interior, plus exposed brick and glass doors (please see pictures).
