My space is centrally located in Koreatown, just minutes away for downtown LA. The space was designed to be a one of a kind barbershop/ Beauty salon. But can be used for so much more. The space comes equipped with 8 televisions, 8 light up mirrors, 10 work stations, 1 office/ VIP area. 8 barber chairs, 2 beautician chairs, 1 pool table, 1 vending machine, 1 ATM machine, 2 chess tables, 1 full length privacy curtain , 1 fully functional lunch Room, and 1 fully functional commercial bathroom. Limited off street parking, but plenty of street parking. The space is available for daytime or nighttime events.
