Spacious Open Floor Plan House with Pool

About the Space

The house was built in 2018 in a gated community. We are located in the corner of the development so there is very little traffic in front of our house. There are no houses that face the street on the other side of the street so there is ample parking available. It is a two story house with an open floor plan which can accommodate many people and staff. The entry opens up the open floor plan of the combined family room, kitchen and dining area. There is also a separate formal dining room. Downstairs there is also an office along with a guest room with a bathroom. Upstairs there is a large sitting area, along with 3 bedrooms that each have a bathroom. The backyard has a free standing pergola with a sitting area with a TV, dining area, bbq area with 8 stools which overlooks the pool, spa and fountains. The pool is approximately 40 x 15. The yard is large enough to accommodate a large gathering. There is an outdoor fireplace with a sitting area along with a grass area with swings and slides. The backyard living area is large enough that we were able to have events with up to 100 guests. On the other side of the pool there is a large area that can be used as the staging area for staff and equipment. At night the area can be lit up with the available lights in the sitting area along with the pool, spa, fountains and the 5 large palm trees that are located in the perimeter. There is an HOA which we would have to let know that there may be some filming going on. We are familiar with what the event entails as our previous house was used a number of times for tv shows, videos and magazine shoots. I look forward to hearing from you.
