About the Space
Very private and secure 2,300 brick and wood building with white walls, natural light, 11' to 14' high ceilings, 2 bathrooms, commercial sink and fridge. Several 20Amp outlets in their own circuit and a couple 220 as well. Parking lot is fenced 6,500 with safe and secure parking for around 30 cars, with automatic gate. Also available for an additional $500/day fee is a 400 sqf Green Room with own bathroom, chairs, sofa and microwave.

This place was absolutely perfect for our event! You cannot beat the price for the privacy and lots of parking inside the lot. Fully enclosed with a private gate and entrance. The place is a lot bigger than what you see in the pictures. The best part about this place was the host Daniel who was an absolute gentleman and very easy to work with. Daniel made everything simple and was very accommodating to our special requests. We would highly recommend this venue for any type of event and we of course, will be returning again!
