A recently renovated 1950s Hollywood Hills home with a detached guesthouse and carport that rises up above the street to offer both incredible privacy and a view of the San Fernando Valley. The main house offers an open floor plan with windows all around to let in light and feature the mountainous nature that encircles the property. The front door welcomes you into a landing space with the option to either enter the guest bathroom, large home office that can serve as a guest bedroom, or the main living space. The kitchen truly shines with custom rich wood cabinets and a long white quartz island. Multiple doors from this space lead out to either the stone patio, deck, or slab walkway that navigates the perimeter of the house. A small laundry room is tucked behind the large white brick fireplace that acts as a centerpiece of the living space. The master bedroom features room to breath and plenty of closet space with both a mirrored sliding closet and a walk in.
