Great space, easy parking, close to everything.

Open floor plan available for pop up's, photoshoots, small events, art shows and more. The space is 1800 sq ft, with availability of 1,000 sq ft. Space is located off Melrose and Fairfax. Cost is $600 per day plus $50 cleaning, $50 insurance and an hourly location manager of $50 per hour. Weekend cost will be $750 a day! Available hours 8am-10pm 7 days per week. Please contact us before booking to verify availability and event type suitability.
