About the Space

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom hidden gem in a cul-du-sac in Sylmar, CA right off Laurel Canyon. The space is a single family house with a stunning Mountain View perfect for catching sunsets or capturing any moment. The interior of the house features an open space kitchen with a wood faced bar with a granite counter top Island. The living room includes a plant wall and an office room. The vibe is a mix of Asian/Hindu/ jungle/and traditional modern home There is also a Meditation room that can be staged in any way seeming fit. There is central air in the house for those hot valley days but sits it rest on a hill, great ventilation and TONS of safe street parking. Close to the freeways and shops for quick runs or a bite to eat.

    Great location! Unique rooms and the plant wall provided great visual variety for our student film. The backyard was large and had a great view into the valley. Lots of space to hold gear and equipment. The owner was friendly and flexible with our shooting needs, he helped make our shoot go extremely smoothly. The location is also close to food and catering options. Plenty of parking. Totally recommend this place, cool place, cool owner, aces all around.
